We've all been there. That day when the weather man says the chance of rain is 20 to 30 percent and we are planning a ride. Our buddy is meeting us in 30 minutes and we have a big day planned. Many times we will go about our travels, have an awesome day, and the 70 to 80 percent chance that it won't rain allows us to escape. But, on occasion our luck runs out.
